1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services, websites, or configurations provided by Cratonik (referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease using our platforms immediately.
2. Scope of Services
Cratonik provides visual brand engineering, full-stack website development, mobile application builds, and digital campaigns. Each engagement is governed by a separate technical scope agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment stages.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated in your service contract, all source code architectures, database queries, and graphics custom-developed for clients remain the property of the client upon final contract settlement. Standard baseline frameworks and components owned by Cratonik remain our intellectual property licensed to you for deployment.
4. Hosting & Domain Management
Clients utilizing Hostinger KVM VPS virtual machines, standard shared hosting servers, or custom domain records configured by Cratonik are solely responsible for renewing subscriptions with the respective domain registrar or hosting provider. Cratonik does not assume liability for downtime or content loss resulting from client payment failures.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cratonik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from code operations or service delivery.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these baseline conditions at any time. Updates will be published directly on this route. Continued usage of our services after updates constitute agreement to modified terms.
